Homes for sale in LaSalle, Lachine and Dorval
Active in the LaSalle, Lachine and Dorval sectors for over 16 years!
Born and raised in Mexico City, I started working at the age of 14. Taught me discipline, independence, and persistence. I graduated in hotel management from the prestigious Université Insurgentes.
My passion for traveling, meeting people and discovering new cultures led me to learn 3 languages (English, French and Italian) in addition to my mother tongue, Spanish. I moved to Canada in 2001 and started investing in Montreal real estate in 2005.
I invested primarily in rental properties which lit a spark in my desire to study real estate and become more involved in the industry as a professional.
I work specalize in the LaSalle, Lachine and Dorval areas. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than the recognition of a satisfied client. Among other things, real estate transactions can be stressful and emotional; attention to detail and good negotiation skills are important assets during the process, and that is why I am able to maintain the most control over the results throughout my operations as a realtor.
Real estate sectors that I know and love:
I bought my first income property in Lachine in 2005. It was then that I fell in love with the area. Lachine, LaSalle and Dorval are wonderful areas for real estate.
In addition to the fact that they have easy access to different municipalities, for example, the city center (10-20min), the south shore (15-25min) and the north shor (15-25min), as well as its proximity to Montreal-Trudeau. airport and VIA Rail station, these sectors offer a variety of real estate opportunities to suit individual budgets and wishes. It's no wonder that large companies like AMAZON, COCA-COLA, and ROLLS ROYCE have their offices in Lachine's industrial sector.
Personally, I like to enjoy dinner with my wife at one of the many restaurants on Boulevard St-Joseph, a Dairy Queen ice cream by the water, a picnic at Parc René. Lévesque with my family, shopping at Carrefour Angrignon or a stroll down Newman Boulevard, a well-known LaSalle boulevard.
Village Saint-Louis in Lachine, a true mini-paradise!
I've lived in Lachine for 12 years. I am a resident of Village St-Louis. I chose this area of Lachine for its family-oriented surroundings and green space.
Being the father of two children, this aspect is important to me. Village St-Louis has bike paths, parks for young children, fountains, ponds, and an abundance of green spaces, plus easy access to great local schools such as Victor-Thérien (primary) and Collège St-Louis (secondary).
